Returns Policy

Can I return the products I have received?

Yes. You can return the products you’ve received from 1800sports.in within 7 days of delivery.

 

I received the right product as per my order but I don’t want the product now. Can I return?

Yes. If you haven’t used the product and you’re sending it properly in the original packing, then we would accept the return within 7 days of delivery.

We will refund the order amount if the products is received back in our warehouse in its original packing. Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back.

 

I’ve ordered a product of particular size, but somehow the size is not fitting properly and I want a different size. What should I do?

Please ensure to retain the original packing and don’t use the product and follow the steps:

  1. Please pack the product in its original packing properly

  2. Prepare the product for dispatch by courier

  3. Inform our customer support by calling on support numbers or writing to us on support@1-800-sports.in

  4. Return the product to our warehouses as per the address mentioned on the invoice

  5. The product is received back in our warehouse

  6. Our warehouse would dispatch a new product with the size requested.

 

I’ve ordered a product of particular size, but I have received wrong size. What should I do?

  2. Prepare the product for dispatch by courier

  3. Inform our customer support by calling on support numbers or writing to us on support@1-800-sports.in

  4. Return the product to our warehouses as per the address mentioned on the invoice. Please send the copy of courier invoice to our support desk along with your bank details.

  5. The product is received back in our warehouse

  6. Our warehouse would dispatch a new product with the correct size.

We will refund the courier amount to your back account immediately upon receiving the product.

 

I had ordered a heavy equipment (like Treadmill, Home Gym, Bike etc). I have some issue with the product. What should I do?

We only sell 100% original products directly from the manufacturer / authorised distributor after proper quality checks. All products are covered under warranty from the manufacturer as per the manufacturer policy. Heavy products may witness some issues during shipping.

In case of any issues – Technical, physical etc, please inform our support desk and send the pictures. Our experts would examine the issues and communicate with the manufacturer immediately. Your issues would be addressed in any of the following ways:

  1. For any technical issues, you would be guided to get the issues rectified online
  2. Any physical abuse on any parts those can be changed, Replacement parts would be sent immediately
  3. Any parts which may not be properly trackable, New parts would be sent by the manufacturer

Heavy products are not liable for standard Return Policy since there are issues related to taxes and cross border movements of products through surface courier and every endeavour would be made to get the product fixed at the customer’s location.

 

What is the duration in which I can return the products?

You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product provided the product is returned in its original packing and has not been used at all.

We will refund the order amount if the products received by the customer are returned back to our office in its original packing. Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back to our office.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

When can I cancel the order?

Cancellation of orders must be done before despatch of orders at the shipping address of the customer. All refunds would be processed through the same way as the payment was made and would appear in your respective account.

I forgot to cancel the order and the order is already shipped now. What can I do now?
